Godd Morning,

I am currently on my second IVF cycle and am due for my period today. i am off for my blood test tomorrow but was naughty and did a home test this morning. It came back with a Now I know I should not be getting my hope up because the bloods may show no pg. Has anyone had a similar situation with a good out come.
