I had my first scan today and I definitely needn't have worried that nothing was going on!! I've got about 13 follies, and my doctor has said I am potentially at risk of OHSS (I have PCOS and my estrogen levels are rising quickly). I have my egg pick up scheduled for Friday. If he thinks I'm still at risk then, we'll freeze any embryos which eventuate and do a frozen cycle next month. Fingers crossed it doesn't come to that!
