Hi Jo. I just wanted to give you some hope and cheer you along on this scary step. I did five rounds of OI using puregon ad as you can see by my ticker I'm now 25 weeks pregnant. I too have pcos although not the typical presentation and drs have been surprised to see my ovaries. The process of achieving a bfp was certainly a roller coaster and every cycle was different. I fluctuated between needing 50 and 75 units but ultimately every cycle was different. Two cycles were canceled as my ovaries went crazy and stimulated 15 - 20 follicles! That was probably tougher than the cycles that didn't work. We got there in the end though. If you have any questions about it all I'd be happy to try and help wishing you all the best xx
