Hi ickimum - that doesn't sound very nice, all the stomach pains etc .... where do you buy your vitamins from - as there wouldn't be anyone to ask if you're at a supermarket .... maybe if you go to a health food store, then the assistant should be able to advise you? Or, sometimes if i've had queries like yours, i actually go to the chemist, and speak to the pharmacist (the one who prepares the scripts etc).. they are often a wealth of information! HTH tp
