I just saw this post and I think that is unreal! Yay for both of your bosses/jobs for taking a "family" approach and allowing you to both go part time. That's the way it should be!!
Matty is going to grow up knowing both his Mum and Dad really well. You will both get so much quality time. It also means your DH isn't going to miss out on some of the big mile-stones. You also get to go back out in the real world for a little while and get that brain stimulation that a lot of SAHMs seem to miss.
