Chili con carne
Shepherd's/Cottage pie (I can never remember which one if the 'beef' one lol)
Nachos

...uhh, that's all I can think of off the top of my head. Can't half tell we eat a fair bit of mince around here, ey

Easy to remember...
Shepherds' pie is lamb (because what do Shepherds do? Look after sheep. And presumably eat a lot of them too)
Cottage pie is usually beef. So named because cattle live in cottages
