I would take the skin off and mince them together. HTH.
I am cooking a Slowcooker Meatballs recipe which was posted by Lucy in the SC recipe thread and was just wondering if anyone knows what i should do with the italian sausage
It gets mixed in with the mince, so do i just chop them small and mix together or take the skin off and just use the sausage mince?
