my GP suggested filling some surgical gloves with water, freezing it and then breaking off a finger to stick in ya bottom. Helps them shrink back!
Oh Lord!!! Hahaha I'm in a public place and am very close to right now. Best. Advice. Ever. Snap a frozen finger off and pop it up ya bum. Lol!!
