yeah I agree I wouldnt freak out too much.... it is rare....
I am not sure if you get food poisoning symptoms with listeria??? if you do and you havent had them yet i'd think you are in the clear
dont stress yourself too much about it, i am sure every preg woman has a few incidents like this in the 9-10 months!
