Hi all
Well, I have to say, mine wasn't too bad towards the end of my pregnancy. Knowing what to do & how to avoid aggrivating it helped massively.
As well as using the belt & having a hot shower every night. It was alot worse in the middle TBH.
Its not so great now though. Especially if I haven't had enough sleep (which is every night atm). Sitting here on the lounge, or standing to cook dinner is killing me. I'm going to have to start using the belt again. Didn't think I'd need it & didn't even think of it til now. Add to that sick kids & normal after birth aches & pains & my life is fabulous!
