Go see your dr, sweety. It's something that you shouldn't have to guess about. Honestly, when you are pregnant there are so many weirdo aches, pains and odd feelings. I am sure your description won't make them think you're crazy. And it'll be a load off your mind, and possibly depending on what is causing the feeling they may be able to fix it for you.
