Wonderful news Lisa, I am so happy for her. My DD1 was a 1:3, DD2 a 1:2 and DD3 a 1:26 chance of having down syndrome, none of my girls have down syndrome, it is just a screening, I dare say that everything will be fine there too but DS babies are a delight, so yes it would be a blessing

Best wishes for the remainder of her pregnancy, I hope she can relax and enjoy this special time as she deserves too.

Thanks so much everyone. We're about to head off on the 3 +hr drive to meet my niece! I'm so excited and I have loads of pink gorgeousness to give to her! What a journey this has been. This little one just wanted to be very different. She was my sisters longest labour and was born in the caul. Such an amazing thing that I wish I could have been there to experience along side her. Oh well, meeting and cuddling her will be amazing enough
