That is so strange! All of the diabetes type 2 in my family (there's a few of em).. all have a controlled diet and also need insulin 4 times a day!
ETA - I just googled it, lol - looks like i lucked out with family genes when it comes to diabetes... i've got the hard end of the bargin! Everyone in my family with diabetes are very small and inject insulin.. but the you can also be fat have diabetes and not need insulin... strange!
