Esme, my mum has had breast cancer, and 5 1/2 years ago a suspicious calcification was found on a u/s that a GP sent me for because he just wasn't sure if I had a lump or not. It turned out to be a pre-cancerous lump, which was successfully removed. It was a very scary time so I know how you feel. I hope that you get really good results.

I can't remember much about the biospy now. I don't think I had a lot of pain from it. I do have a scar but now days I mostly forget that it's there. I have bf two babies since then so it hasn't done any harm.
