I have a cold coming on i only had one 3 wks ago. ANyway my nose is driving me mad. Its running down the back of my throat. I cant blow it, sniffing wont work its just plain yuk. Its making me feel like i have a 'frog in my throat' that i cant get rid of. With my last cold i had the same thing but this time its worse, ive never had anything like it before. Any tips on what i can do for it? I am BFing so that may need to be considered. I would go to the Dr but at the minute its just a sore throat and my nose.
