    jacksgirl...damn that sucks, i dont have anyone to come help
    i get all the other symptoms too e.g. muscle aches, sore ear/jaw, fever and headaches, nausea....it sucks so much esp when DD is sick too

    It doesn't hurt too bad, but I would suggest rest afterwards.

    I will only live 15mins away from you when I move...I am happy to take Jade for a couple of days.

    If it's any consolation I am much better today than yesterday. The pain killers just zonk me out a bit and that combined with not much to eat for days makes you a bit weak. I had mine done on Friday and the surgeon said to give it about 4 days before sending DH back to work. I am just chilling out today while DS plays around me - I figure if I have been through so many bouts of tonsillitis and then the surgery I am going to make sure I am nice and rested. I still have a sore throat though and they say the sore throat lasts about 2 weeks, it's no worse that having revolting pussy tonsils though, if anything not as bad because you don't have the chills and sickness from infection.
