Which meluna is it Heaven? Soft or their traditional one? I have the soft and i find i have to fold it in 3 - like an S. It doesn't pop open like that inside - i can tell, because it comes out mishapen, like an oval.
I think the Soft is a bit harder to get the hang of because it is so soft. The other ones pop open easier.

Can't help MadB. You can get one with glitter, just for special occasions.

Thanks Lenny. It's the traditional one. I just emptied it and got it back in first time this time and it opened up properly straight away. I think maybe I just pushed it up a bit much before I let it open last time so it didn't go in the right place and got pushed up behind my cervix still folded iykwim. I can tell once I get the hang of it I'm going to like it much better than tampons already. Love that it's ok to wear to bed. And love not having gross string hanging out that gets pee'd on

All i know is that that Meluna Sport is firmer than the average Meluna. And the soft is, well, softer! And then the regular one is somewhere in the middle.
Not sure what would be better for a prolapse? Softer?

Arte, maybe the MeLuna mini would be best. They say it is suitable for women with uterine prolapses.

This is from the blurb for the MeLuna sport.

    Who should choose MeLuna Sport?
    MeLuna Sport is recommended for:
    - Women whose athletic fitness is above average
    - Women whose pelvic floor muscles are very well toned
My athletic fitness is above average but my pelvic floor muscles aren't well toned. So is it suitable for me or not?
