    Just google them and go off their website, it's foreign but has an English translation. They're great, I ordered one cup, and they threw in a free one Just occurred to me that I'll need to buy new ones after this baby...two babies later and I'd say my cervix needs the size up lol.

    Meluna are great, and my friends and I bought them and got free ones thrown in also. I have a few friends whose cycles are lighter since using the cup.
