I've had a few instances in the form of dreams where I've dreamed people were pregnant and generally with in a year it happens.
That reminded me about my dad. If you tell him a family member or a close friend is pregnant, over the next month or so he will have a dream, and will be able to tell you the sex of the baby. He has never been wrong his whole life.
