Sorry for your loss
I had a mc at 9 weeks and I wanted to let nature run it's course... My GP was very pushy about having a D & C but I wanted my body to do it.
Personally I felt my body would bounce back better if I did it naturally iykwim.
She insisted that I have u/s to ensure It was complete.
I do understand that for some people though, they just want it over and gone with.
