Thanks Lisa, that makes sense re. ovulation. Funnily enough, I did an HPT when I was about 8 weeks pg (I had one left and thought, why not!). I was expecting it to be very dark by that stage and it wasn't, it was much lighter than the control line. So I think my hCG levels started going down around then, and that's when my symptoms started disappearing too. That was 7 weeks ago so I hope all the hCG is gone by now! I might buy some HPT's tomorrow and see if they still show a postive.
Fiji is beautiful, isn't it! DH and I absolutely fell in love with the place and couldn't have been happier about getting married there (there are some photos on our website if you want to check it out ). We'd love to go back there to renew our vows every year! LOL
It sounds like your levels should be pretty low, if not already at zero. Hoping your cycles are normal after this, as you can then plan for you next pg much easier. Mine are still a little all over the place.

Yes, I hope so too! My cycles were fairly regular beforehand so hopefully they'll return to normal quite soon after the D&C. I can live in hope, anyway! LOL

I'm feeling much better overall. Of course, I'd still love to be pregnant and I miss it desperately. Some days are worse than others, as anyone who has suffered a loss would know. I try not to think 'oh, I'd be 15 weeks pregnant tomorrow' and stuff like that because it'll just do my head in even more! At the moment I'm just focusing on the future and showing my DH how much I adore him

Yes, a holiday baby made in Fiji would be awesome!!! It's amazing how many women fall pregnant on holidays...must be something to do with the lack of stress!
