I can't imagine how bad you must be feeling

To go through the long hard slog of assisted conception and so many rounds of ivf is bad enough (for anyone who has not been there, it is so, so heartachingly difficult) to then finally, finally think that it was your turn to have the child you've always dreamed of - longed for - only to have it taken away.

It's one of the cruelest blows of all, one that few can truly understand.
