I had a bit of sleep last night. Ive been googling; probably shouldnt but its given me a teeny sliver of hope.
Ive worked out that my bHCG averages out to more than doubling every 88hrs, so a bit over the 72 they like to see but still doubling. I think they like to see it rise by 66% everyday, mine rose 56% the first day after the first blood test which isnt ideal but not tragic and then 66% on the second day (and repeated that cycle until the next blood test). So maybe this little one is just a slacker.

I have a scan on tuesday. Hopefully we will see something that will give us more clues either way. Might get another b/t then as well although the idea of checking my levels again just terrifies me. If it all goes belly up we really need something done between thurs-sun otherwise Dh will be away again for 2wks and it will be the second week in march before anything can be done and thats a long time to be pretend pregnant

Freya please try not to get to worked up about hCG levels, as long as they are rising, they are doing exactly the right thing. Mine were the opposite to yours, they were off the charts in the other direction, which after reading I thought that could be bad too and that was when my doc told me not to look into it too closely. I am now 24 weeks with a healthy bubba. I know it's hard not to worry about the levels being normal because of what we have been through but honestly, it is no sign that something is wrong.

I was so excited for you when I seen your signature showing your new pregnancy, I was hoping to catch up with you to congratulate you... I wasn't expecting a thread like this but if I may...

Huge congratulations and huge sticky vibes to you Freya

This is so fugging unfair. All I want is a baby. Simple. Well it seems to be simple for everyone else. Apparently I have to suffer a bit before Im allowed to have one. I went through this bull**** with Ds1 and Ds2. I suffered enough then. I thought with Ds3 being a surprise and such an easy pregnancy that Id done my time but obviously Ive ****ed someone off enough to have to do it all again.

I guess I have to decide now if its time to draw the line.
