I've had two chem pregnancies and both were the same. I had symptoms and i did a test and got faint but definitely positive result but within days AF started with cramping and heavy bleeding. My symptoms instantly disappeared, so no sore boobs and nausea all gone.

The same thing happened after my miscarriage. I had felt awful since the moment i found out i was pregnant. Even during those 2 weeks of spotting i had severe nausea and vomitting but that sunday (7th aug) that i passed the baby i instantly felt great up until i got the infection and then the flu not long after.
