How do you tell a 5 year old that you are crying because:

1. Today, exactly one year ago you had a scan that showed a healthy bean dancing on the screen. I remember the date exactly because it was the day before my mums birthday and I remember how excited I was. Little did I know what was to come.

2. My due date for the next loss is only days away.

3. I had planned to have my 20 week scan this week.
