My son notices when he pees, too. Especially in he bath- he'll just watch himself piddle in the water... and gotta love it when they drink the water later! ewww

I'll definitely have to try him on the toilet when he wakes up from his nap, as I can definitely tell he needs to pee just from the look of his penis. I'm not a guy and never had one! hehe but I'm assuming it means he needs to pee when it goes all big and long!
