I am sorry to here it hasn't been going well and I can imagine the stress and frustration surrounding it all.

My ds1 did a very similar thing with tt...has amazing bladder control! With him I did the wait and he'll get it thing but just before he turned 3 I cracked down more, we tried all the tricks, new toys, treats, toys on the toilet/potty, watching tv while on the potty, watching friend use the toilet, watching mum and dad use the toilet blah blah blah and in the end a good friend of mine helped (she is early childhood qualified) She helped me come up with the idea of a toilet song (ds1 loves music) when he went to the toilet eveyone in the house would go get a plastic bowl and spoons to use as a drum and we'd sing "wees in the potty, na na na na na over and over and he thought it was great...after a few times as soon as he used the potty he would run and get the bowls and spoons for everyone...maybe this would work and if you an't get him to go to show him the song maybe use the sond for dd or ds2 and tell ds1 everyone will do the song just for him if he goes to the toilet.

If that doesn't work or you don't think he would go for it, maybe you could tell us what he's into and someone will have an idea for the right currency??
