If you aren't ready then he's not ready And vice versa. With Paris I knew she was ready and it took me one solid week and she only ever had 1 accident, and we went away to bright for a weekend with friends and had no accidents there either. Seth I'm about to start, but only because he's started doing the strip down thing which is what Paris did right before I knew she was ready. With Paris I used a toilet seat but the seats are a PITA for boys so we'll be going straight for a potty.

I think it really depends where you are at and where he is at. Seth has been telling me for a long time now, so really I could have started me probably a month ago I just hadn't got around to it LOL and with work coming up I now have to. I never found toilet training stressful, I actually find it exciting (ok yes I know we are talking about body waste LOL) its another step in his life.

With Paris I waited till she was well and truly ready like nearly 6 months after she started telling me and was asking to go to the toilet. Seth has been asking to use the toilet for a few months and telling us for at least 3 or 4 months now. He actually seems more ready than she did, so here's hoping he'll be just as easy. I taught Paris using the "Dr Phil Method" and plan to do that combined with Huggies printable incentives (free) in hopes to make it just as fun and exciting as Paris thought it was

I can't really tell you either way its something you know in yourself And yes it is a lot easier to take them to the toilet than change them, you just need to be organised and "Go before you leave"
