Have you tried putting her on the potty at regular intervals during the day? And put her on the loo before bed

yep, and she doesnt do anything on the toilet/potty. sometimes she will say yes she will go and try and other times she is adamant that no she doesnt even want to sit on it. thats why i mean, she just holds it in until she gets a nappy on. (she has done wees on the toilet before but is leaning towards holding it in more than actually going)

TBH, I'd put her back in nappies and try again in a few weeks or so. Or whenever she indicates she has weed, or wants to go to the toilet. She's not ready now and it's going to cause problems later. Pressure isn't going to help at all.

My sister used to hold it in too and ended up with terrible kidney problems as a result.

    Ok... it's frustrating, huh?

Have you taken notice of her 'need to go to the toilet' signs? Maybe just put her on when she is showing these signs. Even if you think she is behaving like she needs to go and says she doesn't, put her on. I know Violet would say she didn't want to go even though she looks like she does and I would think well maybe I am wrong... we go somewhere and she would wet herself!!

Maybe get her to sit for a few minutes and if she does do something offer her a reward??

    Good luck

I went through this with Mason and I think it's a manipulation issue.
ie they are holding on because they know YOU want them to go on the toilet and it's probably the only thing they can do that you have no control over.

After reading many books etc I decided to put him back in nappies and left it till he was going through a more cooperative phase. He wasn't TT for wee till he was 3 1/2.
