I am new to using cloth nappies and put a load on the other day. They all came out clean and lovely and work just fine.

The problem is that when I put some other things in the washing machine I noticed that around the rim of the front loader window thing (on the inside) there was some brown stuff that I suspect was poo. Has this happened to anyone else (I hope you know what I am talking about!)

So I got a rag and cleaned around the rim and lots of brown came out so now it is clean... but I am worried about the poo going there every time I wash.

Any advice/suggestions would be great. DH is going to make me a little squirt so maybe I'll have to rinse the poo off first? It is newborn poo so nice and runny nothing thick!
