Shell if you go to the top of the page there is a New Posts button, I just click on that to see any new posts that have occured since I was last on.

Also if you know what part you are after you can just go to the Forum Jump on the bottom right of your screen and click there too.

Not sure if you have it set in your profile options or not either to get automatic notification of any replies to threads you have posted in. But that's another way to keep on top.

Good to hear that Abbey is doing so well. She sure does sound like a little fighter.

There is a members gallery at the top of the page where you can upload pictures to and then link it to your post if you want to share pictures. Or start your own babies webpage elsewhere and link to it.
