My DD1 came a month early and DD2 came 10 days early. I was a lot more careful second time around. Didn't do anything really strenuous. They couldn't tell me why DD1 was prem so I just had to try to avoid going into pre term labour without any direction of what not to do. If it's any consolation though, according to my period dates, DD2 was full term. Good luck with TTC #2

I had DD1 at 32 weeks (no reason known why she was early) and I had DD2 at 38 weeks (full term - elective cs).

My SIL had prem babies. Her second child was born at 35 weeks, her third 34 weeks and her fourth was born at 35 weeks.

I guess they just say that can be earlier just so you are aware but its not always the case.

Awesome thanks for your replies they've put my mind at ease. Happy to read most of you went on to carry full term.
