we didnt get one, but we found that she would push anything with wheels!!!
We have a BBQ frame that had no BBQ on it (u know like the webber ones) and she crawlled over to that one day out in the garden and pulled herself up and pushed that around!
She also pushed chairs and small tables around and toddler bikes
but at 9mths you may find she is a little old for the traditional sit in walker you may be better off with something like a stride to ride walker from fischer price, where the walk behind it then it turns into a bike
I know Jack was out of his walker by 8 mths or so something to think about
My Aunty gave DD1 a Childcare Taxi walker which I was totally against and DD1 really didn't like it much and probably spent a total of 5 times in it for a few minutes at a time.
DD2 on the other hand LOVES it! She jumps up and down in it, bashes the horn and makes it play the hideous music that it emits and laughs her head off! It is a saviour as she will entertain herself in it while I make everyone breakfast/lunch etc. and now she can follow me around while I vaccuum so I have begrudgingly accepted it. It gets used for about 10 minutes or so a day - I guess if you use them sparingly they can work for you. But they do make them play the WORST music
