We loved the strider travel system for the pram. Because the infant capsule also formed the carry seat which fit right on the pram. We could transfer DS out of it without waking him when he was really little. A little wide for small aisles but that was my only negative.

Cot we bought from ikea and we had a budget. I refused to spent $800 ++ on a cot and ikea had a nice sturdy cot and all the matching nursery furniture for around $1200.
