I've lost my instructions I got with the doubles kit for my P&T.

Can someone tell me when this baby is born if the doubles kit goes on the front or back and who sits where? At what stage does the configuration change?

DD will be 17 months and weighs about 12kg I think.

Also, for those of you who use a doubles kit, where do you put your nappy bag? I usually hang it over the handle but when the kit is one the back it doesn't work, I walk into it.
