Its really up to you where the toddler goes when you have your newborn, usually up the top until bub is wanting to look around more, you cant hang a bag off the handle with the seat at the bottom but you can buy the phil & teds saddle bags which clip onto the side of the pram, these are great they are big enough to fit everything inside
