There aren't very many strollers that lay completely flat, most of them recline far enough back for your bub to sleep though. I have a Maclaren Quest which to be honest is the best stroller going around! I have a pre-loved baby goods business so I have tried many different brands out and they just don't compare to the Maclaren for steering and ease of use. They are quite pricey though (I'm not sure how much they cost these days, I bought my 2nd hand from eBay).
Some other good brands are Steelcraft, Valco and Mothers Choice. When looking for a stroller, make sure that the handles are high enough for you, you don't want to be bending down when pushing your bub. Put your bub in the stroller to check how easy it is to steer. Make sure it is easy to collapse. Also check the basket underneath that it is easy to reach and if you can actually fit something like your handbag in it. Some strollers have baskets that are almost unusable. Also check how heavy the stroller is, mine is nice and light.
