I have 4 of these........having 4 kids and all. They are very wide car seats....in our back row of our chrysler voyager, whilst it should fit 3 people across, with the two MR AHR there is no way a third person would fit. Very, very wide.....but IMO the best car seat around that will do for a child from 8kgs to 7yrs of age....

Our turn-a-tots are quite bulky, there is no real room for a 3rd person in our back seat either so maybe they will be quite similar.. not having room for someone else is not much of an issue it's more the leg room i guess....
