the one with the black texta is a fake , ask her why did she coulor it in ?? and i know some doctors have horrible writing but they sure dont spell pregnancy wrong , and if she was pregnant , and healthy there should be no need for a script , ask her what the scrpit was for a doc shoulndt precribe any thing too harsh if shes pregnant

ask her what the script was for
Either Depression pills or the contraceptive pill.

oh and she said the other night that "hopefully from all this alcohol im drinking will kill the baby"

STOP talking to her!!!!!! Except maybe to tell her she has done the crappest job ever trying to fake a pregnancy.

Although do keep the photos stored somewhere....even if for a laugh, this really made my day! Woke up cranky, now I'm giggling...

No offense, but she obviously thinks you're stupider than she is (which I am sure you're not - not by along shot!)

Still, lots of people have a hard life - not everyone lashes out like that .... really, it's no excuse - she needs serious help. Have you thought about contacting a mental illness organisation on her behalf?

I think it is time to change your name - not falling for it!!

When i got pregnant I used many different tests because I didn't believe it - and I was having fun, including two crystal clear tests. I didn't take photos sorry, but they had see through blue lines. I have never seen a test with black lines before, nor have i seen a doctor write "pregnancy positive" on a script before. They write a letter confirming your estimated due date that you can use for referrals to obs/midwives etc.

I also have a friend who went through exactly the same situation as you, and also my DHs ex tried that one when she found out we started going out. I don't know what is going through these girls heads, but the best advice is to actually cut off all contact, get on with your life and don't get drawn in to anything she tries - including text messages. She is not pregnant now, so if she does go and get pregnant it is her own stupid fault. If she still won't leave you alone - go for the restraining order - but do not have any contact with her yourself.

    Good luck!

sorry mate, but I have to agree with what everyone else has said - she is a whole picnic basket short of the picnic!

Firstly, I have NEVER known a doctor to confirm a pregnancy by writing it on the bottom of a prescription!! (and as you said, in different colour pen to his signature!) If she really had proof, she could get copies of all the blood tests that the doctor would have sent her for to confirm the pregnancy.

Secondly, I have never known a test to be positive with one brand and negative with another, then positive with another IN BIG THICK BLACK LINES! I know all tests are different .... I actually had a case when pregnant with my 2nd child where I had all the symptoms, but I didn't get a positive preg test result until 8 weeks, and even then it was only faint ...

Thirdly, if she does sleep around and try to pin it on you, there's no way she can "backdate" a pregnancy to March! I mean, it's May already!

Ditch her and run far far away!! Take out a restraining order as someone else suggested, but serious psychos don't really pay much attention (I had a crazy neighbour, with the police up her just about every second day ... she even told the landlord that she had rights and couldn't be evicted under any circumstances and that she was in negotiations with local council to buy the property (which wasn't even for sale) ... she was dangerous, as your ex sounds!)

Good luck and steer clear of her!

well a doc wouldnt prescribe the contraceptive if she was pg , and anti depressents arent just given willy nilly either ,and sadly alcohol is more likely to damamge a child than actually kill the innocent thing

Josh it would seem this girl is desperate to hold onto you and is resorting to some rather suspect measures to do so. I feel angry for you but sad for her at the same time because as you have told us she seems to have some issues.

My view on the situation is:

The Dr would have written a pregnancy confirmation on an official letter head and included info such as last menstrual period (LMP) and estimated due date (EDD). Anyone can mock up something like what she has showed you with that little bit of the script that tears off. Where is the rest of it?

As the others have pointed out the thick black lines on the test are wrong and an obvious fake. The fact that she tested two negatives in your company should be proof enough that she is not PG, though there are brands that are more sensitive than others so perhaps check on that. Though realistically if you and her haven't done the deed in the last fortnight then any test should show up accurately.

You caught her out with a lie of EPIC proportions. Telling you that she had the depo injection when the Dr said she didn't. I can't imagine how that must have made you feel!

I really hope that you can convince her to get help because they aren't deeds of someone who is acting rationally, though I really don't blame you if you cut her off completely.
