Hi,
I found some stuff on Proscar just online. This bit's from rxlist dot com, it talks about a study using rabbits.
So there doesn't seem to be risk of congenital problems for bubs if you ARE pregnant, even if the drug WAS still in his system. I'll PM you the link so you can read the whole thing, but basically the only risk would be to male foetuses if YOU handled the crushed tablets once pregnant or took the tablets once pregnant. No developmental abnormalities have been observed in first filial generation (F1) male or female offspring resulting from mating finasteride-treated male rats (80 mg/kg/day; 61 times the human exposure) with untreated females.
