Hi all. Sorry I haven't been in much lately, I promise I have been reading but just don't find much time to post. We also have my sister and my ILs stay with us at the moment so things are a little hectic around here to say the least. I am still very very tired from the delivery and getting next to no sleep at nights but thankfully things are healing up. I managed to see my OB who took my stitches out THANK GOODNESS! I was in agony. The stitches were so tight that my skin is still pinched in where the stitches were but thankfully the swelling has started to go down now and I am hoping things will heal up soon. Joshua is just gorgeous, I am totally besotted. He still feeds like a champ, I have enough milk to feed three babies I think! We had his check up yesterday and he has put on stacks of weight so is doing well. My ILs are very taken with him which is sweet to see and DD is doing great because she has so much attention at the moment! She loves her baby brother even though she is a little rough with him at times. She is so cute and has started breastfeeding her dolls after watching me feeding him!
BW - big  for yesterday and good luck on your return to work. It must be a little daunting thinking of it. I know I will be pretty terrified when I start again - I last worked in Jan 08!
mako - how are you doing? What did you decide to do? It is probably too late now, but I would take the clomid because that's me and I am very impatient!
Bek - how are you going now?
Willow - I am so sorry to hear about your nan sweetie, that is terrible news. How are you going?
freya - what a PITA re your uni imetable, I hate that! I have to say, I am so proud of you for going to uni with three kids to look after. I think it is a wonderful thing to do even though it will be hard and I hope it works out for you. You sound like a supermum! And I LOVE your hair!
megsmum - hope you manage to catch up on some sleep today!
Michelle - I can't believe you are in the second tri already, that seems to have gone so fast! Will be thinking of you tomorrow.
kelly - glad to hear you were so productive yest and that you got a sleep in! I think it is always hard when everything goes back to normal yet you are still grieving. Be kind to yourself
Spring - how are you going?
Lee - glad to hear you are so in love with your little man. He sounds adorable! I can't wait for those first smiles.
Hi to everyone else, hope you all have a lovely Australia Day :)
-
Kelly I'm jealous of the 9am sleep in lol. We haven't had one of those since before Sage arrived hahaha. All the best for your appt on Thursday. Make sure you push until you get some answers
Megsmum Poor DD1 being scared of the storm last night. Luckily Sage slept through it but the one we had last week freaked him out. Poor little fella was sound asleep when a massive clap of thunder hit and all DH and I heard was him calling out mum dad mum dad mum dad mum dad sooo fast lol. He was fine once we got him up and gave him cuddles and listened to the thunder for a while and I ended up telling him its just the elephants falling out of bed lol. He's been ok with thunder since. It kinda took us by surprise as loud noises haven't ever bothered him before but it was a huge clap that woke him and even DH and I jumped lol.
P.S We should try and meet up IRL sometime.
Bun You sound like things are going really really well at your place. I'm so happy for you and WTG Joshua on the weight gain. That is fantastic  Oh and how cute is your DD breastfeeding her babies ;) just adorable.
Deb I hope everything goes smoothly on Thursday with Immy. Fingers crossed you finally have some answers  You sound like you've had a wonderful time with your kids since they've been on holidays. Its lovely to hear someone "talk" about how sad they are about the kids starting school again. All I seem to hear IRL is how much parents are looking forward to school starting back so the kids are off their hands. I always get upset at that cos I feel like our kids are a wonderful gift and we should appreciate all the time we get to spend with them (even when they do drive us batty sometimes lol).
BW I'll be thinking of you tomorrow when you go back to work for the 1st time since having Sam. I hope you have a wonderful day.
As for me I haven't started the clomid. I really really did think long and hard about it but I'm going to wait until I see my Ob on the 5th Feb and see what she says. I still have my appt with DR S on the 11th Feb but need to talk to DH about that again. He's just not keen on me seeing him as he doesn't want to go through more testing etc (you'd think it was him who had the problem not me :wall: ) But I will talk to him and try and talk him around. He doesn't even have to go with me that day. AF is still being very unkind. I truly hope she eases up in the next day or so.
I hope you are all having a wonderful Australia Day. We went out in the boat this morning and it was madness out on the water but we still had a great time. Sage loves going in Daddy's boat and loves going faster and over the bump bumps lol.He gets upset when you we have to slow down for other boats or in a "no wash zone" and yells "faster faster dad" pmsl.

Hi everyone,
I havent posted in for so very long, but i need to go somewhere :( I am 15wks pregnant and am so terrified its doing my head in (I'm heading into my danger time :( ) I hope you all dont mind
-
Oh honey welcome sweet heart...
I truly do understand your terror - as you know I went there 6 times & every day is hard. Are you on any meds this time? Are you having regular u/s?
I'm wrapping my arms around you and giving you a big, warm hug.
-
Oh Jo - you are most welcome to post in here - and congratulations for finding the courage to try again, that shows some strength for sure. You know there's nothing I can say to ease your terror - execpt I wish I had a time machine to shoot you a few more months down the track. I'm not sure if you ever got any answers about why you lost you precious babes, that might help this time around? I'm sure you have everything done you possibly could, now to sit back and "enjoy" the roller coaster ride again. Hang in there babe, as best you can, lean on us, and remember to breathe and keep talking to your precious growing baby.
Hugs, Lee xoxo
-
welcome jlk, congratulations on your pregnancy.
lean on us, we're here for you
-
Jo: I'm so glad you've come back in here hun. Each and everyone of us are here to help you through this pregnancy. Big cuddles from me babe
Mako: I hope 5 Feb comes quickly for you. I don't know anything about Dr S but from the opinions of the other ladies he sounds like the 'go to' man. Perhaps explain to DH that more testing may just give you the answer you need.
Bun: wow, a newborn and visitors is a busy household. Glad to hear DS is doing so well and that you've got those stitches removed. He is such a cutie pie.
Lee: It just so wonderful to hear you talk about Flynn. He is one lucky little guy to have such a wonderful mum.
Deb: I agree with Mako. I only ever hear people whinge about having their kids home so it is a nice change to hear someone sad to that hols are over.
Michelle: Yay for 2nd Trimester. You go girl.
Freya: Bummer about the timetable, that has got to throw a spanner in the works. Hope it sorts out for you. 3 short days may be better than 2 long days for the boys.
Bek: Hun, cuddles for you  I hope your mum is ok.
BW: Good luck for your first day back. I hope it is a smooth transition for you.
Jayne: I second the poop in the hole. That is what we do around here and the dogs can't stand it. Stops them digging instantly.
Kelly: It's good to hear you're on the improve babe. I'm really glad to read that.
Meg: Wow, sounds like you had a busy night at your place last night. Hope you managed to catch up on some sleep
Bonham: Hope your Dr can fit you in soon and you can get some reassurance that bub is doing great.
Laney: yay for the toothie peg, so glad your little lad is back to his restful nights.
Well we are doing great. Had a really nice day with the family today and even managed to slip in a sleep. Both boys are doing great, just such wonderful little boys so I'm pretty stoked at the moment. DH goes back to work tomorrow but TBH I'm not stressed about being home at all. I feel very relaxed this time and I'm actually enjoying myself instead of being a stress ball.
Hope everyone else is well.
Spring xx
-
Spring, It is so nice to hear that you are doing Great and that you aren't worried at all about DH going back to work. It makes the thought of me having two little ones to deal with a little easier.
mako, I will be thinking fo you on the 5th and 11th. I hope that Dr.S is able to give you some answers and support that you need.
Deb, good luck next Thursday. I hope that you enjoyed your last day of school holiday.
BW, I hope your first day back to work went well and that it wasn't too hard on DS.
Bun, Sounds like BF is going great. I wish that I would have had such an easy time of it.
Kel, I wish DS would sleep in. I haven't slept past 7am since he arrived. Good luck on Thursday.
Jo, I was just thinking about you the other day! Congratulations on 15 weeks. I know that it has most likely been a worry filled and long 3 months for you. Are you taking blood thinners?
-
Jo - Sending you lots of hugs.. we're all here to help as much as we can!
Laney - DS is sooooo not one for sleeping in either.. it's just the time difference after being in Perth that's finally given us a sleep in!!! He was up at 7.15am this morning.. which is still brilliant.. but I'm guessing by tomorrow we'll be back to the 5.30am or 6.00am that we usually get!!
Spring - Good on you hun.. it's so great to read that you're enjoying it all so much!!
Bonham - How are you going hun? Thinking of you.
Mako - Who is this Dr S that everyone keeps talking about??
Deb - As the other girls have said, it's so great to hear a Mum that doesn't want her kids to go back to school. So glad you enjoyed the holidays and hope that bp is starting to calm down a bit. Hugs.
BW - How was your first day of work?
Bun - Glad to hear that things are finally starting to 'mend' and that the BF is going well.
Jayne - Thanks for the sms the other day.. I really needed that!! And thanks again for the catch up last week, it was soooo wonderful to see you and your gorgeous girls.. they are just adorable and Luke had such a great time.. which was evident when he wanted to say!!! LOL.
Janie - Hope all is going well hun and looking forward to catching up soon.
Michelle - Yay for the 2nd trimester!!! Hope you're feeling ok.
Big hello to everyone else!
AFM - I'm ok I guess. I'm really just trying to keep busy and stay as happy as possible... more for DS and DH than anything. I'm so thankful that I have them both to keep me on track! I thought I'd take DS to the zoo this morning.. as a bit of a treat because I haven't quite been myself and it's not fair on him.. so I'm going to make a real effort for the rest of the week to do some great things with him and cheer myself up at the same time. DH said last night that he was really worried about me.. I love him to death and he's been wonderful but I just hate having to tell him that all I need are cuddles and kisses from him! Why can't he already know that!? It's not rocket science!! LOL. He definitely made up for it though!!
We have our appointment with our OB tomorrow avo too.. so that will be interesting. Apparently the OB that I have works closely with another OB that specialises in recurrent m/c and has a good track record in getting bubs to stick. So will be very interesting to see what they want to do!!
Well.. must go get ready for the zoo.
Kel xxx
-
Morning all,
Mako - So glad to hear that DH has come around! I thought he would you know. They put up a fight but at the end of the day, they want the same thing we do
Kelly - Dr S is Dr Sacks, a fertility specialist here in Sydney who specialises in recurrent m/c. He has been on 60 Minutes recently and in the papers here a few times in the last 12 months too. He was our FS when we had DS1 and Deb, BW have also had consults with him. Quite a few girls on the BB threads are patients of his too. I'm glad you're feeling a bit better today - a trip to the zoo sounds great! Just remember that it's important to look after yourself too and it's OK not to be happy all the time. Good luck with your appt
Spring - Soooo good to hear how well you and the little fellas are doing! Good on you babe.
Deb - I know what you mean about the end of school holidays. DD starts school next Monday :( I have very mixed feelings about it. I love having her home but to be honest she's going a bit stir crazy after 7 weeks and I think it'll be good for her to start this new adventure. I am of course very anxious about how she's going to go. When I had my cards read last week I was told she would have a few issues adjusting to school and wouldn't like being told what to do all the time  That's my girl!
Jo - Welcome back  Such a scarey time but we're all here to help you through.
Don't even talk to me about sleep atm. My wonderful sleeper has not been so wonderful the last few weeks and it's not really getting any better. He is cutting a tooth atm so I'm not pushing the issue too much but I don't want to go down the same road we travelled with L so I need to come up with a plan for settling overnight and kinda try to stick to it and be consistent. His days are pretty good though still so I at least get a break then. L decided to ramp it up a notch or two last night by waking for the first time that I can remember in...well forever. And he was awake for about 1.5 hours :wall: I don't remember him EVER doing that. We had a very big day yesterday swimming in the morning then a BBQ with a house full of people and he was not himself when he woke up from his day nap. I am keeping an eye on him because I suspect he may not be well but just not sure :dunno: He is very whingy and clingy and just not himself. So I didn't get to bed till 12.30pm and then D fed twice before 7.30am. Sooooo tired.
Days like today I am convinced I am done, I don't think I have another 12 months of babyhood left in me after this!
-
Kelly Have a wonderful time at the Zoo today. I totally get what you mean about more cuddles and kisses not being rocket science but the same thing happens here :wall:
As for Dr S he also specialises in recurrent m/c's and does heaps of other tests that regular Ob's don't I guess. I've only heard great things about him from a couple of girls in here ;) and I saw him on 60 Minutes a few months back.
Its good that your Ob works closely with someone who also specialises in recurrent m/c's. I truly hope you get some answers hun.
Sorry no time for personals now as I need to get organised. I have to go grocery shopping and then I'm catching up with some mummy's and kids from mothers group. Its my last chance before I go back to work tomorrow.
Have a great day :)
-
No time for personals right now; tons to do today.
Just wanted to say - I have 2 toddlers free to good home. Theyve been up a half hour and already I want to kill them. Little turds.
-
Kelly: i'm doing good thanks, thanks for thinking of me i've been thinking of you too  have a great time at the Zoo with your DS. Goodluck at your appt tomorrow xx
Spring: thanks, hoping he can give me some reassurance. You sounds so extremely happy.
Mako: goodluck for your appts coming up, i hope you are able to get some answers we'll be here for you
Willow: big :hugs: hope DS2 cuts the tooth and goes back to sleeping better for you and i hope your DS1 is ok.
AFM: i rang my Dr this morning and they gave me an appt time of 3.30pm, so i'll let you know how i got on once i get back home. I'm taking the Blackmores pregnancy & breastfeeding gold tablets again i take them before bed with a glass of milk.
-
Hi hi hi!!!!!! Thinking of you all, and reading very quickly, but no time to post :(. I have a million things to say to everyone (what's new?), but probably no time until the weekend. Very excited about today, my LC is coming this afternoon to work out a plan with me, and we have our first Calmbirth class tonight! Getting my hair cut tomorrow, as well as more nesting, and then the ultrasound and Ob appt is on Friday. Things have settled alot since doubling my dose of Salbutamol, so I'm feeling much more relaxed about things :D. I hate and detest the stuff, it makes me into a very grumpy cow, but it's better than having contractions all the time. Now that I'm not having them, I realise how many I WAS having, if that makes sense.
Kelly, wish I could come with you today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-
thanks for the welcome back, just feeling so stressed at the moment. Deb, the dr has me on asprin
-
Bonham thinking of you for your appointment today.
Kelly one more sleep until your appointment...
Jo - I wish I could make this time easier - I feel for you sooooooo much honey. I remember with great ease how hard this time is. Are you having frequent u/s? Whilst they were reassuring for me - they were also so stressful. The stress did lessen after about 20 weeks for me but increased soon after for me too. Not until she was born did I believe she was alive. I do understand darling. We all do. We are holding your hands and we are here for you.
-
Welllll, think I know what's up with my L Bear...hand foot and bl**dy mouth!!!
DD too it looks like. She has been complaining of a sore mouth for a few days. I had a look and she has an ulcer so I thought that was why.
L was also funny eating yesterday and would often cry while trying to eat. Didn't eat his lunch or dinner. Very unlike him. We kept asking if his mouth was sore but didn't get much from him.
Just changed his nappy and he has a rash all over his nappy area. So I checked his mouth - covered in spots on the inside and he has a few spots starting on his hands. He has had it before when he was about 12 months.
Mannnnn, DD is supposed to be starting school on Monday and we had about 10 kids at our place yesterday for a BBQ :wall: :wall: :wall:
I knew something was up with L....he never wakes in the night like that.
Don't you HATE being the mum who has to make the phone calls telling the other mums that your kids are probably contagious?! :wall:
-
Willow - Oh NO!!! We've had hand foot and mouth too, but a while ago now. What awful timing :( We're having the same problems with sleep too ATM, E is feeding multiple times a night and sometimes resettles but not always. Feeling a bit under the weather again today myself.
Jo - Welcome back, all the very best to you
Bonham - GL for your appt today hun.
Kelly - Glad your ob thinks he(??) can help. Hopefully you can come up with a plan tomorrow, I know I always felt better having a definite plan of attack
Mako - A meet up would be lovely! I can PM you my contact details if you like? I just try and keep them off the boards as much as I can, not because I want to hide from anyone on here, but I just don't want anyone I know IRL stumbling across me here KWIM? And LOL at Sage and the thunder, we had a loud clap like that here last week and DD1 actually slept through that one - go figure?!
Spring - Glad things are going well :)
Bun - Glad you are feeling better "downstairs", must be a relief to have those stitches out. And yay for the feeding going well too. LOL at your DD BFing her dolls, mine does the same ;)
Inanna - Yep, storms here the last couple of days now, another one this morning early on. The one the other night was the longest most rumbly storm I have heard for a long time, it went on for hours. The rain was nice too, we really need it too - more would always be nice! I know how you feel about the kids going back to school too, people always look at me like I'm bonkers when I say that I enjoy having DD1 around and miss her when she goes to school  Hope your appt for Immy with the geneticist goes well
BW - Good luck going back to work.
Hi everyone else hope you're having a lovely day :)
-
Jo All the best for your Dr appt this afternoon. I'll pop back in later to see how you went ;)
Janie I'm sooooo happy your contractions have stopped even if you're a grumpy cow
All the best with your scan and Ob appointment on Friday.
Jayne I've been meaning to tell you that Sage absolutely loves his trampoline. He hardly gets off it lol. I've just put a plastic tub near the opening so he can climb up himself but I still have to close the zip up on the net. I'm trying to teach him how to close it himself atm. He knows how to open it
Willow OMG you poor thing. I feel sorry for you having 2 unwell kids. Please don't worry about all the other kids you had there yesterday. I'm sure the parents will be very understanding. No one knows when their kids are going to come down with something so STOP beating yourself up babe  Do you know how long they'll be contageous for? Just thinking about your DD thats all with starting school on Monday. Another  for you.
jlk Welcome back hun and congrats on your pregnancy. I hope everything goes absolutely beautifully for you this time.
Freya LOL at your post hun. I'm sorry your boys were testing the boundaries this morning. How are they now?
Michelle Thinking of you hun
Megsmum Yeah it would be great if you want to PM me your details and I'll do the same. I'm back at work tomorrow but I have Mondays off if that's any good for you.
-
Willow: OH NO!! that the kids seem to have hand, foot & mouth, how long does it usually last for?. How did the phone calls go?.
Janie: i'm glad to hear the contractions have stopped, even if your now more moody
AFM: I went to see my Dr about 1hr ago and he confirmed the pregnancy, he asked a few questions and worked out what my EDD will be. He's given me the ultrasound form to have a dating scan done (appt is for next Tuesday @ 2pm) and he also gave me a form to have bloods done @10weeks. He also gave me the ultrasound form & bloods form for the nuchal scan and said to have it done between 12-14weeks.
So atm my EDD is 16th September 2010, but the dating scan next Tuesday will confirm how far along i am and will determine when my EDD is. Dr said it's a Christmas baby. He asked how i'd been and i said good and he asked how i'm feeling and i said scared & nervous and he said that it's normal and that it's my body's way of protecting myself, he also said there was no reason why i wouldnt go onto have a H&H baby and if anything was to happened we'd address it.
I've sent Chris a SMS as i didnt want to disturb him at work and i'll talk to him later tonight. Still not making it official until we're passed the 12week mark.
Thankyou all for your continued support, it means so much
-
Just a quick one here. Little people had a shocker last night so I am knackered. Hourly wake ups do not make mummy a happy camper.
Saw the endocrinologist - fasting BSL's are 5.8-6.2 (should be less than 5.0 ) so I am back on insulin at night and watching what I eat. Well, more than normal. Low GI is normal but the chocolate addiction has to go :( Daytime readings have been ok so I just need to go back to small, low GI meals more often. Oh yay - more food planning :wall: Low dose to start but that will change quickly - they have given the self medicator permission to self medicate and increase the dose daily
Anyway - 2 giggling little people in the dining room spells potential trouble for me when they are *supposed* to be eating dinner!!! I can only dream of an early night ........
P.S. Good to see you Jo  You know we will be here for you xx
-
Just back from the GP - definitely HF&M :wall:
Good news is though that the little Miss will be OK to start school on Monday. She only has it in her mouth which is a bit weird but she should be fine by Monday.
I just hope the little fella doesn't get it...his distracted feeding is frustrating enough as it is without a sore mouth. His big brother isn't feeding atm - has a few sucks and then cries 'sore mouth mummy, sore mouth' :(
-
sorry to crash
Just saying a woohoo to Janie for things settling down,
and
Thanks Michelle for the med info
and
hoping and sending a hug for Kelly for tomorrow. xx
-
Thanks Loula... I've been thinking of you and wondering how you were going but I can't bring myself to go back into the Bellybuddies thread. Would love an update though and hope all is still going ok. Take care.

WOOHOO Jo on a great DR appointment. Your GP sounds very caring which is great to see. All the best for Tuesday ;)
Willow BIG BIG  babe. I hope this passes very fast and all your babies are back to their usual happy selves
Michelle Oh hun sending you a  too. How did the little people go with their dinner? I hope there wasn't a huge huge mess to clean up after all the giggling going on lol.
Hi to you all. I better get going as I have an early start in the morning. Back to work for me :(
-
Mako - Hope work was ok today.
Willow - You poor thing.. I hope the kids are better soon.
Michelle - Hugs. Take care and I'm happy to eat even more crap to make up for the things you can't have right now!! I'm being VERY naughty!
Bonham - Glad to hear the appointment went well. Fingers crossed for the scan... surely we're gonna get some great news in here this time!!! Take care.
Janie - I think I'm going to try and get back to the zoo next week coz they were saying that the baby elephant should be 'on display' next week... so let me know if you're interested!
AFM - have had a very busy morning.. dropped DH off at work (so that I can go get him and go straight to our ob appointment together), then had to come home to grab a few things, then off to get the dog a kennel and outside bed, then to return something that was broken, then went to check out a daycare that have a vacancy (woo hoo... but it's so much more expensive that the others.. not happy but don't think we have a choice), then to the pool to finalise the enrollment for DS swimming lessons. Pfew. Exhausting but thankfully DS fell asleep in the car and is now sound asleep in bed. Finally some quiet time for me. Had a bit of a spat this morning with DH too.. i'm just really anxious about our ob appointment this morning and he wasn't helping with my stress levels!!!!! He's since appologised though so I can't complain.
Well... I think I'll try and eat some lunch and have a bit of a lie down on the couch.. although there's heaps of cleaning and ironing to do. I don't know why I'm so anxious about this appointment... I guess I was praying we wouldn't have to go down this track of trying to work out what's wrong. It's scary but hopefully we'll get some answers and the next pg will be a sticky one.

 Kelly. I'm thinking of you this afternoon(all day really lol) and am hoping like mad your Ob is able to give you some insight as to what is going on.
You sure have had a busy morning though. How many days are you looking at putting DS into daycare? I thought about sending DS one day a week this year too but have since changed my mind.
Work was ok but makes me cranky when my 8am class doesn't show yet again :wall: and then I had 2 classes where only 1 child turned up for those aswell. It makes me mad cos I think about the fact they are interfering with my time at home with DS especially the 8am class. Poor little chook being rushed around trying to get him some brekkie in his tum and out the door by 7:30am most Thursdays(luckily today my mum came here to look after him) so thats not as bad but the times where I have to drop him off GRRRR. Sorry thats my rant over with ;)
Oh and I told my boss about our last m/c. Not the details but the fact that I need next Friday off and it looks like she'll have to cover for me cos none of the other girls have responded to my message about working for me. She asked why I need the day off and I told her I'm seeing a specialist and she asked why and I told her cos I lost another baby. She just said oh sorry I asked  anyway no news on if she's pregnant yet though. I'm thinking she is but isn't telling just yet.
I went to my GP and now have my referral to Dr S. He's more than happy for me to see him even though he asked if I'd prefer to see someone local.I said I've heard great reports about this DR so would prefer to see what he has to say. So now I just have to sit back and wait for the appointments to roll around. Not too long to go now. One next Friday and the other 2 weeks today.
Better run and occupy DS. He's feral as he's only had 30 mins sleep instead of his 2.5 to 3 hours.
Hope everyone is ok.
-
Thanks Mako and great news about getting the referral. How annoying that noone turned up to your early classes... so frustrating!!
Well... had my ob appointment and my god... I'm so impressed with my ob and the staff. They were absolutely incredible.. worlds appart from my ob back in Perth. So the news is pretty good... i think. She did lots of testing at my first appointment, just in case things turned bad again... which I'm really happy about becuase we could go to this appointment with answers, not having to now go and get testing done. So all she could find was a particular antibody (ANA) or something like that.. it's all foreign to me. Anyway it's basically attacking my pg, thinking that something is wrong when in fact it might not be. So she's prescribed me a low level asprin to take as soon as I find out I'm pg again. She's also given me a list of vitamins to start taking and wants me to stay healthy... even said lots of massages are good... bonus!!!!
So I'm feeling like we're getting somewhere and need to just keep trying. I'm keen to start asap and she confirmed that there's no reason why we can't... I don't even have to wait for af.. so looks like we'll be getting back into it!!!!! I'm sure DH will be extremely happy about that - LOL. I'm a bit scared but at the same time, if this is going to keep happening, then the sooner we start again, the sooner we might find one that actually sticks. Bit different to the way I was thinking about it before but I think it's going to work for me... for now anyway.
Well.. better go, have to get the dog microchipped now... the damn council won't let me register him until he's microchipped, so off we go!
Kel xxxx

So glad to hear you have answers and a plan, you sound so much more upbeat
-
Kelly that is great news to hear a positive outcome in your post. I am so happy for you IYKWIM. i know we dont want to hear that something could be wrong but it gives you an answer.
I would love to know who you are seeing by the way.
Congrats
-
Hi Loula,
Thanks so much. I'm still waiting to hear how you're going too!!!??
I'm seeing Dr Lisa Begg and I'm sooooo happy with her, she's absolutely brilliant and her staff are just wonderful!!

Kelly, I'm so glad to hear that you have a plan. It really helps you to feel better, doesn't it? Not sure I'd be allowed to go wandering around the zoo ATM :( we'll see how things go tomorrow ;). Glad you're keeping busy, and having a nice time with Luke.
Michelle, WOOHOO for the second trimester! I know we're still on the countdown, but it's creeping up ;). Thinking of you often, I'm sorry I haven't been in touch
Lou, thinking of you lots too hun . I'm so glad things went well today, and that your Ob is so wonderful :D. Are you still up for catching up??? I have pressies for you LOL. Let's text!
Hi to everyone else, I promise I am reading all your news, and trying to keep up to date. Hugs for all those who need them, and smiles for all of those with happy news! I will be back tomorrow to post after my scan Ob/appt, or I will get someone to do it for me. Have a good feeling about things though, particularly the size of the baby thing :D.

Does that mean you are getting fat Janie ;)
-
Kelly: i'm so glad your appt went well and you have some answers and that you have a plan you sound much happier
Michelle: forgot to say YAY for 2nd trimester :D
Mako: what do you do for work?
-
Haha Michelle! No, not really, just feeling like bub has grown a little, and that s/he is quite active :). So even if small, if probably perfectly healthy :D

Kelly: I'm really happy to hear your appointment went well hun.. Sound like you've got a thorough and caring ob there.
Janie: Good luck for tomorrow's appointment babe. I hope you've got a chubby bubby there.
Mako: Sorry to hear your boss was less than sympathetic. I hope your appointment on Friday goes well.
Well I'm having a proud moment. DS has been interesting in TT for a while but we were having so many mistakes I just gave up for a while. We want to get him into daycare 1 day a week so he can be with other kids but he has to be TT to get into the room we want. So 3 days ago we said goodbye to the nappies. He has just been so great. Only one accident so far and we even got a poop in the potty today. He tells me 'I need to wee Mum' goes over to the potty and off he goes. I'm amazed. He is obviously still in nappies for sleeps and I suspect it will be for a while. He even went out to the shops with DH today with jocks on. I'm just so proud of him for getting it so quickly.

Hi ladies,
Kelly - you sound so good in your post, it's great you are feeling positive about your plan of attack and you have found a supportive Ob who is on the same page - especially one that orders plenty of massages!!! I'm training in massage, so can second that!
Spring - thats too cute, and I'm feeling proud for your DS too! I remember taking photos of my DS (now 10) in his first pair of jocks, proudly standing by the loo, he just looked so damm cute in size 2 jocks, too dear for words :p Go O, what a trooper! How's dear little B?????
Hi ladies - how's everyone doing - Michelle? Freya, did you find someone to take those two off your hands, or is all forgiven? Mako, hopefully things will improve on the work front - I don't know how you ladies juggle working and small kiddies, and take my hat off to you! Janie - good luck with your ob appointment tomorrow.
AFM - not a great deal to report, other than for those of you not on FB - my current status is: "just when you think you've seen it all................. the toddler poohs in the bath" lol...... ah the joys!
Lee xoxo

Kelly That is wonderful news that you now have some answers. Lets hope a very sticky BFP is on the way for you very soon.
Spring WOOHOO to Ollie. What a proud mumma you must be atm. Your boys are both doing so so well and you are sounding amazing ;)
Janie Good luck for your appt tomorrow.
Willow how is everyone today? Have been thinking about you all
Bonham I'm a swimming teacher.I love it most days but Thursday is my worst day that I'm there
Lee I had to giggle at your status. Sage went through a stage of doing that every time we put him in the bath. Thankfully he's over that now lol. Although a lot of little kids at work do that as soon as the hit the water Ewwww. Lucky for swim nappies
We've had another doozy of a storm tonight. I hope everyone is ok in Sydney as you girls copped it pretty bad according to the news up here a short while ago.

Go Ollie, well done! (I swear Jett will be the only 18yo still in nappies in the world hahahahaha)
Lee, ah the poo submarines. My two elder lads have done it on a few occasions. Jett just quietly hops out and leaves his poor brother/s to discover it; then tells me he poo'd when I go running to find out why they are screaming like banshee's. Ripley on the other hand completely melts down and gets out of the bath so quick with all the screaming and ewwing he can muster; you'd think it was someone else's crud  Im a mean mama and find it quite funny so instead of helping him I just laugh and laugh. Considering this is the kid who finds flatulence belly-jiggling funny and thinks the sun shines out my botty because Im not adverse to the old 'Hey Rip Ive got something to tell you'........and proceeds to fart on his head  (when in Rome right!)
Boys are awesome. They truly are.
(Im betting your DD handled it with the utmost class and style right?)
