AFM _ Well rent appraisal happened today, sold my car over the weekend, now the devastating job of starting to pack up, or figuring out where to possbily start. It's doing my head in. Miss Jess is at a school excursion to the zoo today, so I can't wait to hear how her day went when I pick her up today.
