Oh maz, I can just imagine! It must be terrible knowing what you are infor. But look at this way. You have been here & got through this stage. YOu can approach things with an experienced hand.
Do you use rescue remedy or any of the bach flower remedies? Maybe you could look into something like that for days like these.

Maz - you are human. You are being tested and stretched and tested some more. You are not a bad mum - you are a perfectly normal one under a huge amount of stress with challenging behaviours in beautiful little people driving you slowly (or not so slowly!!) mad. Take a deep breath. Tomorrow is another day (hopefully a much better one ) and you are doing a great job. Another because you amaze me.

you're always doling out comfort and reassurance to others when they have testing parenting moments, it's only natural and human to have these times yourself. Don't be hard on yourself, your a great mummy

Tomorrow's another day - hope it's a lighter one for you

I don't really know what to say as i have no real knowledge of the condition .
All i do know is that you are human , being a mummy is a hard job as it is without an extra's .
YOU do an amazing job and how can you not explode sometimes, do not beat yourself up, you are so strong and i would hope to have your strength if i were ever in a situation like it xx
