I have angel care fir ds1 and oricom for ds2
Both have pros and cons... Both do temp
The most irritating thing with oricom is that it beeps hen room goes to 26 deg... So if it around that temp it can beep all night as it goes between 25 and 26 and also in winter when ut hits ( I think) 18 degrees
Both are good monitors though...
But I prefer angel care purelybc of this...
MamaPan you can set it not to do a sound alert, just have the screen light up. I can't remember how, somewhere in settings, but I'm sure it's fairly easy to work out if I did it! Our room just goes a lovely shade of blue during the night if it lights up.
We've got a GroEgg and our monitor, an Angel Care Sound and Movement, has the temp too. I can't believe what others have told you about the GroEgg!! Ours is awesome and as good as new - DD is 17 months old this week! Too bright? No way!! The light on her monitor is far brighter and even that's not bright but good enough to find your way in the wee hours of the night. The temp on our Egg has always been accurate and in line with our monitor AND the aircon in DD's room - three thermometers all stating the same temp surely can't all be wrong! I'd highly recommend a GroEgg.
