I think you have summed up my take of the praise problem FB

You have managed to post pretty much what I have thought about saying here in the past day, but managed it in a few short paragraphs, where I know I would have waffled on for a page or two!

I am trying to get the chance to respond more but keep being foiled by the two... It is certainly an interesting approach to dealing with people/children and I have been interested to read responses so far.
