Lord, no. DD never ever watched TV until very recently. I sit with her while she watches and do songs etc with her (Play School etc) - I figure at least she is still getting time and interaction with me and I'm not having to chase her around. DD is 19 months old and she walks, but she frequently wants "upsie" as she hasn't been well lately and it's killing my back. Some times a Mummy's gotta do what a Mummy's gotta do. Don't feel bad - I always swore my children would NEVER watch TV, but like all parenting things, you never know what you will do til you're in the situation, do you?
