I find it hard to understand why anyone would work so hard just to make a child do something that is unnatural to them (i.e. sitting still for long periods of time), rather than working WITH the child and expecting something apporpriate for their stage of development (e.g. playing quietly or something...). But I'd like to actually see it before I comment any further.
