Could she have developed an allergy? My girl started vomiting suddenly about 2 years ago (when she was 10) so we had to put her on a special diet cat food (Hills Prescription) and she's been fine since! She isn't happy with not getting all the yummy treats and food she used to get, but she's not sick anymore.
