it couldn't hurt to leave her a bit of dry food out, just a cheapy from the supermarket. thats probably what i would do. just fill up a little bowl here and there if she seems hungry.
The cheap food from the supermarket is also not good for cats! (or dogs) Again, best to check with the owners. I would be pretty upset if someone took it upon themselves to feed or medicate my pet without asking me first.
