Berry1 - my GF's all say little tykes start to become unsettled from 3-6 weeks. Can't believe little Liam is already 3 weeks old!

Ellie - oh poor sweetie. Hang in there not long now..... My GF discharged herself from hospital after 1 night because she didn't want to leave her DD who was then aged btn 2 and 2 1/2. My other GF had to stay in for 5 days b/c she had a ceasar, and her DH and her parents took it in turns to bring their DD up. Her parents lived just around the corner from the hossy so it was very easy for them to pop in several times a day. It will be hard, but with some planning and support from DH and family and friends you'll get there. I am so excited for you!

Laney - I am not sure the worry ever ends, even once bubs is earthside and all grown up. The essence of motherhood in every aspect is worry. Sorry to hear you are so sick. I was fortunate not to get actual vomitting but had constant quite intense nausea for most of the time until about 11/12 weeks. I thought I was lucky. My niece vomitted several times a day every day up to the birth. Most people have some easing of their m/s after week 12, but not all. All I can say is hang in there. When you start to feel better you will worry, then be relieved you're feeling sick again. It's crazy, but normal.

Bubs will get everything they need from you. Just keep your fluids and electrolytes up and keep up with those bland carbs - try some potato crisps - I found they worked wonders for both pg and other nausea.

Have you tried Blackmores Morning Sickness formula - ginger and vit b12 or is b6? It really helped take the edge off for me. I still use it when the nausea returns.
